Only those of us who watched the build will know what's hiding under the sheet metal. It's kind of a shame but to use a generalization, there are 2 kinds of car people: those that look at the exterior and stop and those that want to crawl underneath everywhere to see what was done. Pat, your car certainly warrants the extra look.

I’m amazed at how much space all the parts to a car take in one’s garage during a restoration. It’s great bolting all the big parts back on the Charger and all the space it frees up for the next project;-)
      Thanks

You've got a great space to work on cars. I am mildly jealous.

Do I spot a couple of Vipers? :-)

Install the hood turn signals and gave the hood one last cut and buff before I mount it.

I'd this doesn't win multiple awards, I'll be stunned.

It's been months since it was painted. Was there noticeable die back?

As with any new paint, there was some shrinkage. I wet sanded it with 2500 grit and a cut and buff brought it.
      Thanks

I totally agree. I have been through the build more times than I can recall, and each and every time I find detail(s) that I missed before. I suspect there are more to be found on future visits too.

I went through the mustang build. That was a good read. What did your son finally choose for his career?
