      67-68 F-body Rear Spoiler

I finally got the fiberglass rear spoiler done, before I paint it I was wondering if there would be any interest to buy them. If not I'll paint this one and not make a mold for awhile.
We'll do a little more fitment and clean up work on it, but this is the jist of it. 6" tall, the back side is curved just like the OEM. Has four 5/16-18 mounting nuts molded in for mounting. It might be wide enough for a '69.
Probably be about $175 each plus shipping. Once we mold it we'll only make a short run of 8-10 pieces.

I'll pull it out this weekend and get some better pics in the daylight if anyone is interested.

I would be interested to see some more photos. After working on trying to adjust mine I'm just not liking the gaps on it and not sure if I want to . Yours seems to sit much better than the normal aftermarket stuff. Count me as interested.

I'd be interested in some additional photos as well, particular from the rear. Count me in as interested as well. Do you think it has enough room to add a 3rd brake light?

      Count me as interested also.

Could we see some shots from the side as well as the rear? No third brake light for me though.

Some more pics. Looks a little taller being primer, should tone it down once it's body color.
I'll take it to the molder this week to get him started on it, I have a race coming up so I'll need a new one quickly or I'll have to paint this one.
We extended the back edge to go over the trunk lip, mine's a glass trunk so I'll rivet it to it along that lip, but it can be trimmed off it you don't want to do that.
Mine will be seeing 130+ MPH often, so I'll probably add strut rods down to the valance.

I'll keep you posted when we get a few molded.

Just curious, can you take a picture of the mounting area (studs and location)?

I'd be interested in one if they suit a 69. Thanks

Finally got the mold done and first spoiler out of it. It's light and hollow. The mounts are 5/16 inserts pressed into wood and glassed in, we'll make then a little wider on the next ones. This one is painted and going on my car. I'll post installed pics once it's on.
Pics are showing the mold parting line sanded off and the mounting blocks, comes in black gelcoat. I'm not a body guy but with no filler, a light sanding and two passes of primer that's how it turned out just in primer. Not bad at all.
We did extend the back lip to allow attaching to the trunk lip, not required but something I felt it needed for race speeds.

I can put an order in at anytime now that the mold is done, takes about a week or so to work it into his schedule.
If anyone else wants one I'll get a few made up.

      Painted and mounted.
Excuse the body work, I didn't do anything other than prime and paint.
