I am sure there is big market for parts wich will give good stance and ride with ability to use truck as an ...truck! Nice to see there is alternative for 20k custom frames.

The first articles have had a few revisions through development but we're getting close.
Here, Ed is changing the anti-dive angle to 7.5.
A quick tack weld
We also revised the crossmember. We raised it up to frame another inch and put a degree tilted back.
Ed installing the upper plate onto the frame to confirm some simulations.

We will be using a new to us bushing on this front end. The traditional bushings we use weren't big enough so Energy is making us a new set. They will of course have the lubrication valley machined in to I/D to keep them from squeeking. I'll get some pics today sometime.

Yes, our crossmember will replace the factory stamped piece that hangs waaaaaaay to low. We are also going to design our own spindle after realizing we couldn't accomplish all that we set out to with stock type spindles. There is just too much compromise when going that route, turning radius, engine placement, steering geometry etc etc.

We had thought about using your spindle Rob. We also deliberated on using our Custom IFS spindle. This new spindle will be very similar dimensionally to the factory C10 casting but with a removable steering arm. Stock rotors and ball joints can be used.

We've made a few more revisions but the project is coming along quickly.
There was some discussion about which c-notch design we were going to use. The round style won out almost unanimously.
Mocking up the anti-sway bar and a few other items. This crossmember is going to be one beefy dewd once it is all boxed in and fully welded.
Torque Arm mount, I believe this is revision #2

More parts mock up
Holley oil pan definitely isn't going to clear.
F-Body pan clears the rack but interferes with two bolts on the back of the crossmember. Engine needs to go back.
