      Just mounted 4 Year one 17 X 9 's on my 1970 GTO Convertible

Tires Nitto 555's 245-45-17 and 275-40-17.. Looking to lower it maybe an inch or 2?... Looks way better than the 15" Rally's..

      Sweet!

Notice any difference in handling & braking from moving up from the 15's?

Looks great-I also have a 70 GTO convert and was thinking I need a wheel tire upgrade. So I logged in for the first time in a while and I see this thread. Car looks great! I have 16 inch torque thrust II's...... Need an upgrade!
      Your car looks great-good luck!

Looks very nice. Be aware that if you lower the car too much you may start to experience driveline vibrations at higher speeds (60-75mph depending on your rear end ratio).

I think I own your car's twin. Love the wheels! They have a modernized Rally 2 look. What make and model are they??
