Factory rear seat is rebuilt to fit DSE mini tub and Quadra link.
Fits great.
Going after Fesler top dash cap.
Had to dry fit Fesler front glass to double check dash cap. Not perfect. So I will keep trimming.
For $185k does that include everything you've done / are currently doing but no interior? Or will that include interior as well.
Includes everything that has been done to-date.
Does not include interior and front and rear glass will need to be installed after headliner is built.
I do have brand new seats for the front and made the factory rear fit the car.
All side glass is installed and adjusted.
A challenge to prospective buyers - getting a loan isn't terribly complicated for a classic car, but they will want to do an appraisal. No doubt this car will appraise, but not in its current condition. Not having interior is a challenge.
I've been through this recently - was going to buy a project car (from this site actually) that had great bones, but wouldn't appraise. At the rate the market is going, I'd rather borrow money as it's cheaper than pulling it out and paying cash for anything. So it would most likely need to be a cash buyer.
Never had one problem selling high end projects and completed cars.
My car is going to interior next week. Once done it will be around 240-260k.
I was giving buyer a chance to add his/her spin on interior.
The first person that looks at my 69 in person and knows what it takes to build a car of this calibration will buy it.
It’s not a normal Ridetech, cpp 5.3l or LS1 build.
Good luck on your search.
Please don't misunderstand me - your car is bad ass and worth the money.
All I was saying was, to prospective buyers, if they wanted to buy it as-is without interior, they would have to use cash. Doing this as a favor to them so that they don't go and run their credit and find out the bad news.
Unless you're aware of a lender that would go for it, by all means, let me know!
Thanks
I had the color made. Took 3 days and over 30 spray out panels to get it just how I wanted it. Body shop charged me an extra $600 to do so.
While painting the car, I had them mix an extra gallon of paint for the new buyer if he ever wanted to paint added parts or touch up anything in the future.
If you found a buyer @ 185 for as-is, would you be able to put in a seat, headliner, windshield and wipers in case they wanted to drive it home? Or would it need to be brought on a trailer?
At $185k, pay the extra $1500 for enclosed transport....
Are you a serious buyer or are you just asking?
Front seats are new and installed.
Headliner-no. Interior shop was going to build me a 1 piece and wanted front and rear windows out until interior is complete.
Wiper arms-no they go on after front windshield is installed.
Wiper motor is installed and wired in and working (rain gear).
I have the Marquez front bumper, hood, wiper cowl and inner fenders all at body shop painted both side body color. Oh and rs grill assembly.
I just need to pick them up.

An absolutely awesome build.
I've always been curious (a) how the builds over a certain power level are planning on hooking up at full throttle, and (b) how long it's going to take to change plugs or header gaskets with some of the tighter engine compartments like this. Pretty sure (a) is not and (b) is going to suck.
But burnouts are fun and whoever can afford this can afford to pay someone else to hate the engine compartment maintenance.
Thank you.
Easy I made all the inner fenders removable with out taking fender off.
Plus u can get to everything from under the car. You get what you pay for. Use cheap headers, hardware/gaskets. U will get leaks.
As far as hooking up well that going to be in the tune, tires and driver Experience.
I did add traction control.
Good points.
Which traction control system did you use?
Holley
