Note: Due to a technical issue, PT Garages are presently view-only, meaning existing garages cannot be edited, and new garages cannot be created for the time being. We appreciate the irony that a website dedicated to old cars is having trouble due to a piece of software from 2012. In our defense, software rusts much faster than metal.

While we work on fixing and improving the system, we invite you to look through the nearly 400 garages that are already on the site (which can be searched using the "Search PT Garages" link above), and to check out the Project Updates and Multimedia & Photography forums for more great builds.

Just starting the build with a new rearend, a 3.42 posi out of a late 80s Blazer. This build is a learning experience before we do a 56 F100 restomod and build the 80s wagon (or dropped s10 Blazer) of our dreams.
This truck is a little screwy, but the goal for it is to keep it mostly stock, but get some experience with bodywork, disk brake installation, carburetor, and suspension drops on a cheap vehicle with lots of easy to find parts before we jump into the complicated and hard-to-find builds.
It's a 3 speed on the floor with granny low, with a tiny engine, and an original rear end with a crazy low-torque gear ratio. The goal is to have a truck with plenty of grunt and plenty of stop, decent handling, and a top speed that will get us passed - but not run over - if we have to hit the interstate.
