Note: Due to a technical issue, PT Garages are presently view-only, meaning existing garages cannot be edited, and new garages cannot be created for the time being. We appreciate the irony that a website dedicated to old cars is having trouble due to a piece of software from 2012. In our defense, software rusts much faster than metal.
While we work on fixing and improving the system, we invite you to look through the nearly 400 garages that are already on the site (which can be searched using the "Search PT Garages" link above), and to check out the Project Updates and Multimedia & Photography forums for more great builds.
This is the car as purchased. It's a good 10 footer so I'm expecting a bit of work as i dig deeper

Engine was rebuilt in 2008 with mostly standard parts, a 0.040" overbore, and a mild cam.
The car has been painted twice; the first was a color change from the original Wimbeldon White to a maroon color. Then, from maroon to bright red.
The previous owner removed the air conditioning and power steering and claimed he was restoring it for his wife. She didn't care to drive it in its current state
