Note: Due to a technical issue, PT Garages are presently view-only, meaning existing garages cannot be edited, and new garages cannot be created for the time being. We appreciate the irony that a website dedicated to old cars is having trouble due to a piece of software from 2012. In our defense, software rusts much faster than metal.

While we work on fixing and improving the system, we invite you to look through the nearly 400 garages that are already on the site (which can be searched using the "Search PT Garages" link above), and to check out the Project Updates and Multimedia & Photography forums for more great builds.

This is my first car and I have owned it for 25 years. My dad and I spent many hours working and bonding over this car. The car was purchased new by a family member in 1980 and then became mine in October 1989. Besides a repaint that year I drove the car as daily transportation for 10 years. I then tore it apart in 1999-2000 and rebuilt it. Currently the car has Hotchkis suspension front and rear, Flowmaster exhaust, WS6 4 wheel disc brakes, ZZ4 Crate engine, 4l60E transmission, 4:10 gears and Year one 17 inch snowflake wheels. The car has sat in the garage for the better part of the last 10 years. I lost interest after my dad's health declined and he passed. I have recently had a spark lit by a co-worker who has been redoing a 1970 GTO. I have been bitten hard by the pro touring bug and have been making my plans for a LS powered 77 Bandit style rebuild for this car. As always time and money will determine how quickly I get this done. This site has given me fuel and knowledge as I lurk watching all the Great Pro touring builds that are featured here.
