What is SCDA? Need anything special with that group, or just car and helmet?

I would say the SCDA is one of the better HPD organizations in the North East http://www.scda1.com/
Outside of a helmet there is a basic tech inspection for no loose items in the car, working seat belts etc. etc.
Novice group gets you class room and in car instruction.
