Engine plates, motor mounts, exhaust, new radiator and hoses, EFI fuel tank, pump, sending unit, Corvette filter. If you are keeping AC you will need an Olds condenser, new hoses. Probably a new driveshaft.
The cost add up but you will be very pleased with the results.
The tank, pump and sending unit I got from rockauto. Look up the parts for a V6 1988 Monte or Grand National. The corvette filter Has a built in regulator and return port. Also got the AC condenser through them.
RND fabrication is coming out with a line of dropin radiators for a G-body. They are doing the first LS unit for me now. It will have both hoses on the right side, a steam port, and trans cooler. For a top hose I trimmed the factory Monte unit. I don't have the number for the lower I found that worked but can provided it if needed. Info is in the shop.
There are several companies offering conversion kits. Stick with one company for headers, motor mounts and trans cross member. They are designed to work with each other with the given engine placement. BRP hotrods has some nice stuff and will provide info.
There wil be other pieces that will popup but these should be the bulk of large parts

Dan is correct, and the radiators are now available for purchase. Takes us about 2-3 weeks in most cases as each one is hand made here in the USA, and Tig-Welded one by one. You can get them here:
