What gauges work for 5.3 swap?!

I tried searching this question but I'm on my cell phone because my computer died last week. I have a 1970 chevelle with a 2000 silverado 5.3 and 4l60 I was going to take out the electric gauges and stick with my auto meter gauges but I decided to leave it electric. I found newer duramax diesel gauges online that would work great with my car but will the gauges connect to my 5.3? What year vehicle can I get gauges out of I do not want the 2000 silverado gauges. Egeryone does that and I just don't want to go that route. I know I can buy like cobalt gauges but I just want something easy and relatively cheap.

You can use any gauges you want, even your originals. You just need the sender that goes with them. The mechanical speedo can be a problem. For that there's cable x or tailstocks modified for mechanical speedo.
