New Viking coilovers are in but they raised the ride!

I finally got the set in and when I put the wheel back on he truck sat higher than it did with the old belltech springs. Just went on the Viking site and there is no optional shorter spring.
Im so disappointed as I wanted the lower stance but ended up with about an inch rise. My stoppers are maxed out at the bottom of the shock.
any suggestions?

what springrate did you get on these?

What does the Viking spring look like at the top? Is it ground flat or does it have an open coil? If it has an open coil, you can easily trip the spring.

550 lbs.

Whats need is turning up the dials and feeling the difference in the bounce.

It's not ground but it's wound flat so there wouldn't be any room to cut if that's what you were thinking?
