What late model latches to use

I am going to use C6 Corvette style door poppers, in place of my door handles. What door latch would be a good fit in the door of my 69 GTO with a built in solenoid. I have seen several latches but they are big and bulky. I am worried about the fit between the latch and the window.

Not sure if you are aware of the fact that the C6 latch is actually in the body instead of the door!

Yeah I knew going into this. I know that I have seen other late model latches used but there is never a specific make/model/year mentioned. I know that I can put a door popper kit in but they are loud and fail at times.
