What size front tires on my 69 Nova?

I have a modified Nova with lost of room in the rear for 315-30-18 tires.
I am not sure on the front tires. Shall I take 245-40-18 or 255-35-18's?

Please advice

I have 255/35r18's on the front of my Nova and fit very well with a 18x8.5 with 4.5bs.

I just put 245/40r18 NT05's on my '71 with no problems so far. I'll likely step up to 255s when I wear them out, though I'm sure I'd have rub issues on hard turns.
