Where to find scales to weight my car?

I live in a small town and don't know what type of business I would go to around here to get my car weighed using four corner scales. We don't even have a speed shop here and the drag strip closed last year. What type of business do I look for that would have four scales to weigh my car?

Any decent shop that caters to circle track racers will have scales and a flat plate set-up.

May nto have four corners scale, but Drywall companies, landscaping companies, grain elevators. Like Andrew said, oval track builders, street rod shops, other chassis fabricators.

Depends on where you're at. Florida is a big place.

Thanks for the replies. But I’m not looking for total weight. I’ve been reading some books about suspensions and they recommend 50/50 front to back weight ratio. So I wanted to know where my Camaro stood as far as weight balance. I live in the Florida panhandle, I guess I’ll see if there are any circle track shops in Pensacola. Thanks guys.

Another thing to try if that doesn't work out. The local landfill (or any of the above) may have a scale. Drive the front tires on, note the weight. Drive forward until the front tires are off the scale pad, Note the weight. It's not perfect, but very close. I'd guess 55F/45R to start, but may be a bit more front heavy than that to start with if you're stock.

If you have any local speedways (i.e. dirt or paved ovals), call their office and ask if they know of a friendly racer who may let you swing by their shop and use their scales. Like Andrew mentioned, oval track guys weigh all four corners and most are cool enough to help others in the car hobby.
