I currently have c6 z06 pads, rotors, and calipers for 67 camaro. Im running the dse front subframe and rear ford 9" quadralink.
What im looking for is the setup so i can attach my brakes to my ford 9" supplied by DSE and the parking brake assembly. Depending on price i might want to buy a boost and master cylinder combo. As far as the master and booster combo im looking for more of a stock gm look. this is the setup that i like. screw up cap style

thank you. Im guessing this would be the best master cylinder/booster combo for my setup. Anyone have any feedback on that?
Kore3 like to chime in before i spend my money on seats lol. Im looking to place my order on Wednesday
MCB any help here? Ive bought everything else from you and i want to stay loyal to my vendors

Give Tobin a call at Kore3 honestly he is the man on Vette/PBR brakes, can give you both manual and power parts suggestions.

Have you give some thought to running manual brakes? I have C6Z06 brakes on the front of my GTO that I am running without any power assist. Manual brakes reduce weight, clean up the engine compartment, and feel amazing. I would describe the pedal effort and moderate and extremely modulatable (is that a word? LOL).

Andrew,
What size master cylinder(s) are you running ? And what are you running for rear brakes?
Thanks in advance !

I am running a 15/16" bore MC. Right now I have an old Baer Track rear setup. It is basically a C4 Corvette caliper with a 12" rotor. I am about to upgrade that set-up to the LS1 rear, which uses a bigger piston in the caliper and has a nice solid caliper bracket.

Thanks.
I was just confirming something. On manual brakes, most applications need M/C's smaller than the 1" to 1-1/8 M/C's common with boosters. Your car works well with a 15/16" M/C. I have seen other good manual street car brake systems use 7/8" M/C for the front brakes.
Take care.

Correct. I use a $30 MC from a 1977 Chevy Malibu. The Wilwood 7/8" bore MC is also a good alternative for more money.

I'm running C6 Z06 brakes front and rear on my 68 using a manual 7/8" Wilwood MC with no proportioning valve. Like Andrew I would rate the pedal effort as moderate but the pedal feed back is excellent.

Thanks for the feedback Steve.

then the booster is only there to reduce the effort? Ive never driven a car with manual brakes

I sold my C6 Z06 set up, as you are looking at
$900 parking brake
$300 billet hubs
$300 bracketry
$200 caliper pins (if you dont have them)
I sold my Z06 calipers,pads,rotors for $1300
I replaced them with Wilwood 6\4 piston calipers, drilled\slotted rotors,
parking brake assembly, pads, braided brake lines, billet hubs for less than 2700.
This way, you end up with lighter parts that dont need massaging in place (z06 calipers are huge)
for less money.
MCB ordered the parking setup for my ford Fab 9.
Just another option. I had 4 people fighting over the vette brakes.

I had the manual 15/16" MC with C5 front calipers. Having the quick takup option was very nice so the pedal travel was minimized, but the effort was pretty high. The car now has a 7/8" MC from a mid 90's Dodge that has good effort but the pedal travel is a bit long.

Carl,
Were you running the S10 quick take up MC? I had that on my GTO for a long time, but I always worried about the shallow pushrod hole. How did you retain the rod?
