Just doing my roll call. Bought me a running '72 about 4 years ago and now trying to redo my chasis. Hope to be back on the road by next year. Right now I still have the basically stock 350 with a 350 tranny. Hoping to swap in a 200r4. I also am thinking very hard about a procharger. I am still reading and learning more about it though. 1972 Pro-touring Cutlass S in the works. Currently installing new chasis components from BMR & C5 brakes. Frame should be back under the car by the winter '05, hopefully. Bodywork to start by end of fall '05. Great site.

Since your new I will have to use this on you. I would also like to see some 72 Cutlass pics. Since you said Cutlass S, is that the body style with the more square rear end?

It is the same body style as Choc Apocalype. It has the big wide hips:naughty:

Mine was not Pro-Touring but it was my first real love for a muscle car.

Yes that link worked. I was able to see the other pics but some might not be able to. This pic brings a new meaning to "Up on blocks" http://images.kodakgallery.com/photos1202/1/50/72/34/51/2/251347250106_0_ALB.jpg
I did something similar when lowered the front of my Camaro. But mine was 2 or 3 blocks high. Yours is 5 blocks high!! At least its easy to get to everything.

ha ha ha. That was to get the chasis (with motor) from under the body. It's back down to 2 blocks now. I was a bit afraid with it up that high. If it was bumped, it would rock. Definately not the safest way to do it.

 wow, starting from scratch, reminds me of my '69 Chevelle. Glad to see another Rocket in the mix.

yeah it feels like I'm starting from scratch. I haven't driven the car in almost 2 years.
