So I may get flamed for putting the shop racecar on here.. But this is our 65 442 drag car it plays hard for an all motor, all iron, all olds powered car. This is a fresh combo we just fired up last weekend. Its a 489 big block olds 14:1 comp solid roller monster of a machine. It has so far ran a quickest of 10.28 @ 130 then blew up and scattered at the big end of the track at byron dragway last fall. ... its racing. So Heres the new combo ready for this year. this time we ran aluminum rods, custom pistons, and a girdle hoping to keep the bottom end together. 3850lbs with driver 10.28@130 in an aero dynamic brick... no power adder! enjoy!
