I was at the shop checking on my car today and they were test fitting the rims etc. i noticed one side had more room than the other and they said they need to adjust the rear end. They tried and the damn rear didn't move a hair. They removed the one side of the panhard bar where the adj end eyelet is and took a pry bar and tried to move it and three guys tried and it didn't move a hair. Should the upper or lower control arms be removed or something here?

there is no driveline connected but i wanted to know how much can a rear end be adjusted left or right on a DSE Quadralink?

the goal is to do this without scratching anything under the car.

Please anyone share some thoughts on this.

The dse site shows one adjustable end. Did they loosen the jam nut?

^ this. Take the PHB off, move the rear end to side to side center, adjust the PHB for the proper length and reinstall. Might as well adjust the links to center the rear front to rear. Done.

And tell the shop to put the crowbar down :D

Loosen jam nut, turn the hex portion of the tube that was next to the jam nut to adjust. No need to remove the PHB or any of the attaching hardware.

When swivel links are new they are hard to turn and may take some effort.
