I was on their website and like their solutions. I grabbed my credit card and called. Busy. Several more times. Still busy. Next day and the day after that rings forever. Same thing for about a week and now busy again. Seems like a good guy and I want to give him business but its not easy! Anybody buy from them recently?

MAD was still in business as of a couple of months ago. Mark is normally holidng it down on his own, so sometimes it can take a few calls to catch him. Also a chance he took a vacation, or just some time off.

X2... great guy and he knows his stuff. Be prepared to talk! :) Thus the reason the phone is busy for so long.

Finally got a hold of him. He is a talker, but very passionate about electrical which is great. I always like talking to people who are into what they do. I also like his take on how the 60's GM cars should be wired. Refreshing and different from what else is out there. His "new system" could easily be replicated for 1/2 the cost of what he charges, but I bought from him because it is his idea. He really needs to hire someone else though. Being very hard to get a hold of has to turn some people away.

In todays world of instant gratification you are probably right but, like you said, totally worth the wait and supporting him and his product is a good thing.

Well I just bought a complete setup from him about two months ago and will tell you that IT IS WORTH IT! First, he is hard to get a hold of but when you finally do, you will see why his phone is always busy. He will talk to you for hours... I had two phone calls with him and each one lasted 2+ hours each. I will tell you also that it is NOT A WASTE of talking time. I am an electrical dolt and he walked me through every step of the process and explained why each step was taken. I learned a TON from him and can say that his system does EVERYTHING he says it does and more. Clear cut instructions, loads of information, truly amazing. I bought his start em up kit, 3 relay kits and some junction connector kits as well. EVERYTHING you need is in the kit except soldering iron, solder, and wire strippers. I even recorded our phone conversations as certain points so that I could reference back to the recording when I forgot or was not sure about something. My car starts right up, and everything from my lights to the fan to the electric fuel pump works flawlessly!Just keep calling you will eventually get him.

I guess I got lucky I got him on my first call. Almost a hour later I placed my order. He knows his stuff and likes to talk.
