Hello again!

The Muscle Car Place Podcast this time around is an interview with Tony D'Agostino of Tony's Mopar Parts (http://www.tonysparts.com/). If you have been to the Mopar Nationals or Chryslers at Carlisle chances are you may have seen him. If you are a subscriber to Mopar Collectors Guide, Mopar Muscle, Hot Rod, or a number of other magazines, chances are you have seen an article about one of his cars or one written by him.

Recently Tony restored a 1969 Dodge Daytona with almost 100% NOS parts and it won Gold at the 2012 Mopar Nationals. He talked with Rob in depth about how Daytonas were built, short run production line drawbacks, and the many flaws with the cars straight from the factory. Tony was able to use all of this knowledge to accurately restore his Daytona and document why it is supposed to be that way.

If you love Mopars or are interested in an old Nascar racer with a wing, you must listen to this interview.

Also this month, Rob posted a Chevelle build update (http://www.themusclecarplace.com/chevelle-update-2013-custom-transmission-crossmember-super-trans-tunnel) and it looks like things are moving right along. Don't forget to check out Robs video from the first time he tried Autocross in the Chevelle. Should be very interesting to compare to when the car gets done.
