Hoping to see some more options. Most of Summit's coolers are not inline which would be easiest to install. And if you have one that is not inline how did you install it?

Did you ever move away from your variable voltage setup? If not, that's the place to begin.

If you can avoid heating up the fuel to begin with you don't need to worry nearly as much about cooling it down.

Must be a different member you're thinking of. I haven't built my system yet, but want to use a cooler as a precaution. Pump is a Walbro 255, so it shouldn't generate as much heat at low fuel consumption as a big pump like an A1000.
