Hey guys, not sure if this is kosher, but I was wondering what everyone else's experience was with Heidt's lately?

I ordered a front clip for my GF's son's Nova from Route 66 Motorsports. I was told it would ship out in two-three days. It's been over two weeks and I have called and emailed numerous times, both to Route 66 and Heidt's and all I got was that it "shipped last Wednesday". I asked for a tracking number, as I was going out of town, but nothing back.

Honestly, I understand it if hadn't shipped on time, sh*t happens, but just let me know what's going on. I just want to make arrangements for someone to be here, as I don't really want this stuff sitting in my driveway all day.

Makes me really question going with their IRS system for my Camaro.

I have their pro G front end on my Camaro. I didn't buy it from either if those 2 places but I'm not real happy with the set up. I wish I had gone with a DSE set up. But that's just me. Good luck.

That has not been our experience with Heidt's in the past. I would contact Route 66 as they are who you purchased the subframe from & they should be able to follow up on the order for you. Which front subframe did you order, & was it with upgrades, ie: chrome or stainless steel components? Most of the base configurations ship fairly quickly.

I had the same problem through fabquest getting my TCI torque arm rear setup for my nova. From the time i payed till the time i received it was right around 3.5 - 4 weeks. I also had to take my truck down to the nearest distribution terminal to pick it up as they wouldn't ship to my house. If you get more uneasy about the order i would contact heidts directly and ask them what kind of time frame they have when you order through Route 66. Hope this helps...
