Hello everyone. I just became a member and wanted to say hello. I'm in the process of building a 72 Chevy C-10, that will be a Pro-Touring truck. I'm also working on a 86 Grand National that will fit the Pro-Touring ranks as well. Sorry guys I have no photos as I'm in the process of building a new shop to operate out of. Once I get the shop up and going, I'll have progress pics of my rides as well as some others that we are working on. I'm located in the Upstate of SC. Are there any other Pro-Touring cars in the area?

Welcome aboard, Scott. We're glad to have you. Post pics when you get a chance.

I believe we have some members in SC but I couldn't tell you where off the top of my head.

Here is a picture of it. This was taken the first day(over a year ago) when I rolled the truck into the shop. I've tried to take progress pics as I proceed, but those pictures have been misplaced. I'll have to try to get a current pic. Due to the current work demand, I've had to put the truck on the back burner. And now we are in the process of planning a new larger, more efficient shop. Once I can get a better shop, I should have more time to dedicate to the truck. Plans for the truck are, Twin Turbo 406 with TPI and 700R4. Custom built tubular front and rear suspension( lowered of course) with big disk all around. 20" billet wheels, 8's up front with 10-12 on rear. It will also have air, custom interior, billet grill, rear roll pan, and much much more.

Seneca is 8 miles N.west of Clemson (It's in the north west corner of the state, about 3 1/2 hours from Pigeon Forge). Although it's not a Pro-Touring car, I also have my favorite car, my 1967 RS Camaro.

I just found it on the map too-LOL
You should bring that camaro over here to the Grand Run next month.
Great show with way too many cars around if you've never been.

I've been to the Grand Run (or Rod Run as most call it) several times. It's always fun to go there. Unfortunately this year I wont be able to make it. https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif

Hate to hear that. Let me know next time you do come this way. I live one block off the parkway. Always got some junk laying around.

Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and after checking out the web site, I very impressed with the helpfull information and goodwill shared by all. I just started my first muscle car project and I do need advice. I have a 1967 GTO hardtop that I feel very fortunate to own. I hope to get it converted from what seems to be mostly stock to a touring beast. I hope to post picture soon. I would TOTALLY appreciate any info and advice to putting together a great and reliable GTO pro-tour! Thanks
