I am in the process of wireing in my ls1 and rewireing my 69 camaro at the same time.
The wiring harness is amarican auto wire wich is good but I did not expect to crimp and solder all my plug ends and the instructions are not so great.
The motor harness is from BP auto , bill did a great clean job, but for a 1st timer its tough with no instructions.
The biggest problem besides finding grommets and wire..etc local is I do not know what to use from the new camaro harness or what takes place of something else.
I am wasting more time looking at the wires than installing them.
What do I do with my old motor harness wires? alt/tack/ing/bat/water/oil? wireing is more confusing than it needsto be.
