I am very excited to be getting the car back on the road. I lost the motor just after the RTTS event. I had to park the car. About the same time I was luckily introduced to Ambit Energy. Got the car lettered just a few days before I lost the motor.

I have been working at my day job and my business trying to make up some ground to get the car back on the road.
Kenny gave me a LQ-9 that I planed to just put in and run but regretfully watter got the best of it.

Then Ambit took off like Mark Stielow at the Motor State Challenge and I was able to perches the motor I really wanted.

New Crate LS3 525HP form Motor State. They hooked me up and I plan to be up and running soon. Just getting all my ducks in a row for the install.

If things keep going like they are I plan to be running a bunch of events to make up for lost time. I have never had tires last this long????

Looks good Randy, I've always said with a little more HP's you'd be the guy to beat. See you in Michigan.

Hi Guys. Thanks for all the post. I did not get the email that said their was a reply. so sorry for some slow responses.

I just called Motor State on the LS3, They were one of the best prices I found. I always try to support the people that help me and the sport. Give them a call.

As for the low point on the car, It is the sub frame rails, I will have to look at my set up sheets. I think I am 3.5 to 4"
My headers were hand maid and we were able to get them up so that was a big help for clearance on the street.

Motor install is going good but slow. I am lucky that my Ambit bis. and day job are very buisy and making the new motor possible. Look forward to getting it up and running soon.

I am registered for Motor State and plan to drive the car out. I will jump in every car I can to help who ever wants it. I am a lap junkie and am always looking for a ride to help or just have some fun and learn from who ever is willing to help me improve.

Did get lucky and noticed the oil pickup tube back mounting bracket had a crack in it. Quick weld and on it went.

Thanks again Randy

I can not weigh to get out and back with the guys from the site. As awesome as all the cars are the people make the events.

Thanks Randy

With help from Dan ( 68 sixspeed ) we dial indicated the T56 bell and front plate this weekend and got the motor in the car. I am hopping to keep putting time in and get it up and running early next week. Live is crazy, I am swamped with work and kids events but all is well.
