It's a car show. The difference is some of the guys drive their cars up and down central. You get to hear them run. Many get there early, bring chairs and sit just off the sidewalk. It can be difficult to find parking if you don't go early.
There is no organization applied to the way cars are parked. Cars will be all over the place.
