dynacorns camaro shell question...

i work across the street from a body shop, and a gentleman was in there talking about how dynacorn cannot sell the shell now with the quarter panels attached. something about gm stepping in and stopping it. you can still get it, just the quarters are not on it.

when i asked how he knew, he said he tried to order one, and swore up and down it was true.

i told my friends he was full of doo doo,(not in front of the guy, i dont want to piss off my buddies customer, ya know.)

anyone hear/know anything??????

I have talked with Jim Barber in NC @ CARS INC, as we furnish them with
parts for the Hot Rod # 1 Camaro's. He said that isn't the case. You can
buy the body complete then add the rest of the sheet metal or buy a turn key car.
They have had some issues with the production and release of the cars.
They are building them at this time.
