How can I tell what bore my wilwood master cylinder is? I can't find any part numbers on the M/C itself anything I can measure to tell what it is?
Thanks

It's usually cast right in to the housing.

You can measure it with a caliper.

i must have been blind when i looked for the stamping on the M/C but there is number on it. it says 1.12 so i am guessing its a 1.125bore?

Good question. The company I bought my front brake kit from is out of business, and now that I've changed from rear drums to rear discs, the pedal is soft and the braking performance is terrible. Definitely need to know how to figure this out so I can make some changes.

On a regular master cylinder, you need a dial or digital caliper to measure the bore. Remove master from firewall or booster and you will see a piston and a snap ring holding it in. Measure the bore right there.

Let me add this. Digital calipers are so cheap right now that EVERYONE on this forum should have a set in their toolbox. You won't believe how much you will use it.
