I have a 69 Camaro with a mild 350 that I'm converting with an Edelbrock Pro-Flo efi. I have headers and I might as well go for the aluminum heads while I'm at it. My question is which heads would be the best choice for my engine?

In my opinion waht really counts is the matching of the heads to the rest of your build. What cam are you running? what are your plans for total CFM on the intake, header size, exaust pipes, full exaust or dumps, street drive or race only or a combo of both? My recommendations is go to your engine builder or get a desktop type dyno and play with it if you have that depth of knowledge to know what you are planning. If not, then go ask an experienced builder who can look at what you have and make a recommendation. Feel free to look at my build and see what I've put together as I am trying to achieve a balance of wanting to have it all. BTW, Ive changed heads 2 times until I got what I wanted with the 3rd set.

The Edelbrock Performer package is a sweet running setup. My brothers 79 Corvette got like 22-25 mpg with an O.D. and that setup. He drove everywhere with it and loved it. It won't set the world on fire, but it doesn't break the bank either and is well suited for a d.d. and good tire smoke!

I just checked out your build, what a nice project. I just did the same thing to my 69 with 355/700R4, Global West A-Arms, Painless wiring, Vintage Air and did all the work including the paint myself. My goal was to build a daily driver with efi. I wanted a 350 that would behave like a daily driver.

Sounds like an nice set up do you have any pictures? What I see most guys do is just go to big thinking bigger is better. If you have a mild set up than go with a set of heads that will compliment your set up. If you are in the market for a cam I highly recommend the Voodoo camshaft as they really do really put out a great power curve and as you heard in my video it idles really well.
There are a lot more people on here more knowledgable than me so if you can list your engine specs I'm sure you can get some recommendations.
And thanks I am doing my best for a guy doing a PT build in his garage.

I don't have the cam specs, I was told to pull the timing chain cover to find what model number the crane cam is and go from there. I'll post some pictures of what I have. Thanks Todd

you really need to match up everything performance wise, the weight savings is a plus but you really want to get the right head for your app. i've seen some engines that should've made big power but didn't because of mismatched components.
