Is there some where I can get Safety Specs for SCCA, NASA and other groups.

I am in the process of building a Lotus 7 based car, I am wanting to use for both Auto-x and Track days, So As I am designing things I need to keep safety in mind and would like to build it as close as I can to ensure I will be able to pass safety inspections with out an issue.

I am not sure with who or where I will be running the car in the long run, as there is a god chance , I will be moving down the road, for my work.
Does any one know of where to find an updated Safety Regs for different groups or a good source that has the basics in one place that I can go by.

SCCA has their rulebook available on-line and most other organizations use some form of the SCCA rules. If you build to SCCA specs you should be covered.

This is what I figured but, I figured it would be best to ask first.
