i machined all the parts except the balls,races,and adjusters,there from spohn performance.there 1.5 x.125 wall dom tube welded to 2.375 machined housings,spacers are stainless steel all tig welded.there for my chevelle.phil

Nice job on the spacers as well. That is how we make our spacers for our rod ends, aluminum stepped down to fit inside the ball. It is much better than putting a steel sleeve through like I have seen others do.

heres the upper rears .i machined a j groove in the end of the tube for better penetration of the flat bar,and an .062 groove for the top tube.the tube has a 1'-14 threaded bung i also machined thats tig welded to the tube and plug welds that are placed 1:00 and 3:00,i dont think you can see them in the pic though.phil
