Does anyone know of a place to get a cool billet or aluminum gas cap flush mount kind of mean looking I want to put it in the back panel under where the trunk key used to be any help would be great thanks

Cool Cap... Is that a gas filler cap, or a bathtub drain plug?

check out www.crafty-b.net , he makes all sorts of cool styles including the big "trans am" style that were on the Donahue Javelins....not cheap, but the quality is awesome!
