Guys,

I'm going to give the manual setup a shot and see how I like the feel vs. the hydroboost. At the moment I'm running a stock 69 Camaro master cylinder with distribution block underneath then back down to a proportioning valve on the frame rail. If memory serves it's a 1 1/16 or 1 1/8th inch bore in the master I'm currently running (this is with a hydroboost mind you).
13 inch front C5 rotors with C5 PBR calibers and 12 inch 98-04 F body rear calipers/rotors.

Just needing to know if I should go with a 7/8 or 15/16ths or what?

Thanks so much for any advice,

Donnie

I prefer the 7/8" bore MC in combination with a "GG" friction rated pad like the Hawk HP Plus, EBC Yellowstuff, etc.

I ran a 1" Corvette manual master on my 67 El Camino with C5 front and 98-02 F-body rears and Hawk HP Plus pads. It performed pretty good but the pedal effort was a bit high, so I would go with Tobin's recommendation.

Just for reference, running a 7/8" bore unit instead of the 1" noted above by Randy would result in about a 25% increase in output pressure for a given pedal input force, along with 25% more pedal travel.
