MSD Atomic EFI LS use with supercharger

Has anyone used the new MSD EFI LS kit on a LY6 engine with a supercharger? Any suggestions, I purchased a LY6 engine without a ECM or a wire harness and came across this MSD kit. Also, would the MSD kit work with the Billet Specialties LS MOdular valve covers, which hide the coil packs.
I am building a 1967 Camaro with a Wayne Due frame and a clean engine compartment housing a LY6. I have installed the Detroit mintubs to house the 335's with corvette independent rear-end.

I love the sight and all the guidance and support the fellow enthusiast present. My first post and appriciate your feedback.

If I remeber write I saw this setup at the sema show, It looked as there would be clearance issue with a magnuson style shaft driven s.c. I remember asking the msd rep. He said that they were working on a setup that would clear, I would probably call msd and see if they have resolved the issues.
