I posted a new thread in the wheels and tire section and it is not posted yet. Does it have to be approved before it will show? Also what is the best way to add large pictures to the thread? I was uploading pictures and they were very small

Go to photobucket or any picture hosting site and load them there. Once there you can take the link of the picture and add it to the forum. Work great. As for it taking time for forum post to show up, I'm not sure, one of the mods will have to answer that.
