I am up grading to 4 wheel disc Breaks I bought the Baer Track4 fronts and SSR4 12" rears. I currently have disc breaks rear stock drums and the front were upgraded to second gen Camaro 11" rotors and a second gen master cylinder to match with a Willwood proportioning valve.

Will this master cylinder and proportioning valve work or do I need to get a new master for 4 wheel disc breaks and if so any recommendations?

Yes, you will need a new master. I have a second gen and tried my rear disc swap with the stock master first and there was not nearly enough pressure out back. I used a 79 Corvette 1-1/8 master for 4 wheel disc and that remedied the issue. This was with stock second gen calipers though. You might need a different bore master for the Baers, but the stock second gen master will definitely not work.
