Hey. I have a 1970 Z28 and I wanted to know how to de-arch the rear springs. I have seen cars with this done in the mags, but I would like to understand more about it. Is there someone in the Houston Area that does this? Thanks for your help.

I am not in the Houston area but I de-arched my rear leafs to get the stance I have. You can either drive it to a shop and have them de-arch the leafs or you can remove the leafs yourself and bring them to the local suspension shop, brake shop or anyone that does it. WHen they are de-arched, they just take the arch out. This lowers your car. Good luck and its usually only about $60.00 total if you do it yourself.
