It comes complete with all brackets, pullies, supercharger, carburetor enclosure and instructions. It is satin finish. Vortech Part Number: 4GP218-030SQ. Summit sells this kit for $2900. This kit can also be used with fuel injection, you would only need to make your own discharge tube.

how many pounds of boost?

That depends on the motor. It would be roughly 6 to 8, sometimes more. Boost can be adjusted with a very quick pulley change if required
