Triangulated 4 Link Heim Joint Spacer(s) ?

I'm building my own triangulated 4 link on my 67 Bird with adjustable spherical ends on uppers and lowers front and rear, and was curious what others are running for spacers/washers on their spherical heim joints? How many degrees of articulation is ok? I searched quite a bit with no mention of it...Thanks.
