What is the best way to remove some some dents from my '55 chevy frame? It is a boxed frame. The dents are not very deep or sharp, most likely caused from jacking up the car. The body is off the frame so I can flip the frame over to work on it. Thanks for any info.

Hard to say without seeing them, I'm trying to figure out how they dented from a lift (unless its weak from rust). If you can get inside then there are tools that will help but if not about the only thing I know of is tiger hair filler. If their bad and deep then sometimes that means cutting out that section and straightening it then welding it back in.
You could try using a stud gun to weld studs to the low spot and pull them with a dent puller. If the material was thin enough to dent in the first place, if may come back up with the studs. If not, fill them as noted above.
