READ: I've had intermittent problems in the past with my car just dying for no reason. No burp, no backfire, no hesitation... just shut off on me 3-4 times. I was told by a reputable shop the distributor was going bad, most likely just the module. I was planning to add the new MSD programmable box anyway, so I just got a new MSD distributor as well, and didn't diagnose the Mallory unit any farther. Slap a module in this and you could have a sweet distributor for a great price.
