My names Shane Allen, from broken arrow, Oklahoma. And yes we have electricity and don't still live in tee pees LOL. 21 years old and currently in college pursuing my lifelong passion of animals. Gonna have a career as a marine biologist, zoologist or herpetologist. Have been real rough the last several years though. With my best friend and 15 other of my friends dying from overdose, wrecks, murders, etc, as well as my trouble with the law, and a lot of felonies. Finally broke my addiction to drugs this year and getting my life back on track, a piece at a time. I really rejected my father the past few years when he was always doing the best of what he could supporting me and has never left my side. We share a love of muscle cars, almost an obsession lol. And have wanted to get our cars ( he is a die hard Chevy guy, his being a 68 camaro, myself being more towards mopar). But I want to share the quality time with my father that I wasted all those years being a complete idiot doing what we both love. I absolutely love this board and crept on it for weeks before finally signin up. Look forward to talking to you all, and hopefully soon having a build thread for the challenger and camaro. Anywho that's my little biography. Thanks a lot and god bless!

Nice to see a younger guy into American Muscle. Building your car can be good therapy. Something to enjoy & have some pride in when you're done. Good luck & looking forward to a build thread.

thank you all for the support! the members here seem to be very close, almost like family. Its definitely been a rough few years, but you live and you learn. Try to make every situation a learning experience. Fortunately my dad has many friends in this industry and my father and i have the skills to rebuild motors and weld, etc. But i have learned so much just from creeping through this site. Beyond exited to start the process of restoring my own muscle cars. There is nothing like pure american muscle, more than a car. Its a way of life. Thanks again for the warm welcome. And if anyone knows where to find any mopars (perferably challenger or chargers) for sale let me know! lol. Look forward to conversing with you all, and one day being able to join on the tours and auto courses!
thanks again!
