What type of fuel pressure regulation are you using? How many miles do you have on your setup? If you were to do it again would you go a different route?
I'm in the process of retrofitting a 5th gen module into a stock style '68 Camaro tank for use with a mild head/cam LS1. Given my modest requirements I'm inclined to go the simple/cheap route of swapping in a 4th gen regulator, however I'm a little worried about pump longevity since the 5th Gen pump is typically PWM controlled, rather than running wide open constantly.
I also have a penchant for overbuilding everything and feel building a manifold referenced pwm controller with adjustable fuel pressure regulation gives me much more flexibility. (A motor swap or supercharger is very likely in the future)
If you've gone the mechanical route have you noticed any fuel heating or noise issues?
