c5 disc and 17" torq thrust rims..will it work?

I have 17" torq thust on my car and plan on swaping over to c5 disc on all 4's . will the wheels still fit?

What width and backspace? This is highly dependent upon exact fitment. Many 17" cast wheels are just on the ragged edge of fitting these brakes. Most of the time you run into clearance issues with the back of the wheel face rather than the hoop.

They are 17x10.5 with 5 1/2 bs rear 17x9.5 with 5 " b/s front.
I read they will work with speedtec brackets in fron but they no longer sell them.
some say wheel spacer in front others grind the caliper or wheel spoke...that sucks ,wish I went with vintage wheels.

The strengthing ribs would not clear on my knockoff torque thrust and run a 3/4 spacer. But putting camero calipers on solved that. I would find a friend with a corvette and try my wheel on it. That would answer the radial and spacing Q because no bracket well change the spacing and only slightly the radial clearance. Rod

So the camaro calipers fit on all the c5 brackets & rotors?
I really want to keep the c5 calipers I need to get the brakes out of my snowed in shed and try them in the wheel .
I hope its only a small spacer and some clearencing here and there. If not I may have to sell my new TT2 wheels and go with VWW .
Sucks because they look grate and I am already over budget and need finish the ls swap and buy the brake adaptors.

If you don't want to dig your calipers out of the shed just yet, wheel fitment templates are available for download here (http://www.kore3.com/tech.php#fitment_templates). In general, the TTII's are notorious for not fitting performance brakes well, however as was pointed out above, there are 1-piece and 2-piece versions of those wheels. Pad thickness and spoke shape, two things not indicated by the diameter/width/backspacing measurements, are typically some of the major determining factors on whether a wheel will fit a particular brake package or not.

7361173610The Torque Thrust fit my 67 Impala SS with C5 brakes, barely. 17 x 9.5, 4 1/4 backspace.

The fit but with spacers. The problem is not the caliper fins it is the front where the wheel spokes touch the caliper.
I tryed 1/4" spacers and it looks like it will work but close ,I am ordering 3/8 just in case.
I installed 1/2 wheel studs so I can go to 1/2 " spacers if needed with no problem.
