Custom GSX Spoiler fabrication ideas

I'm restoring my '70 GS Stage 1, using the Prototype GSX as a reference for custom/modified parts to make & use on my own car.

Notice the differences between the Prototype (White) GSX's front spoiler (full width of front bumper, and contours to lower front fender), compared to the production style (Yellow) GSX front spoiler (attaches to front bumper only):

Also, notice the differences of the rear spoilers; the Prototype GSX has a 3 piece rear spoiler (end pieces are molded into 1/4 panel extensions, and center spoiler lifts with trunk lid):

Is there anyone who could duplicate these (Prototype GSX style) front & rear spoilers for my project (at cost for materials & labor, of course), or does anyone have suggestions/advice for best materials to use, to fabricate these pieces, myself?

My original idea is to use a reproduction GSX spoiler, install it on one of my extra (Skylark) cars, then use a (filler/bonding material?) to attach the sides & mold/shape into the 1/4 panel extensions. Once the sides are solid to the 1/4 panels, cut the center section aligned with the sides of the trunk lid edges. Close/fill the open edges of the cut spoilers ends, for the 3 piece spoiler end result.

With ALL of the cool projects & skills I've discovered here, in this website, it's a little discouraging that NO ONE here will even offer ideas for what techniques & materials I could use, to fabricate a front spoiler (as pictured above), or how to attach the rear spoiler ends to the 1/4 panels?

I'd appreciate ANY/ALL help offered, since my experience is more with mechanical (engines/transmissions/suspension/brakes/electrical/etc.), but have done little to no body repairs or modifications, so this is something totally new for me to learn/attempt.

My business partner I'm working with on my custom carbon fiber/ fiberglass rear spoiler and other misc parts is interested. However we would need to locate a car to work with for test fitting no luck doing that yet.

I'll call you to discuss details, but your project looks good! I have 25 years worth of "extra" (Skylark/GS) parts, that I could probably get enough together, to use for "mock up" measurements & test fitting.

I think a 70 Chevelle could be used for the rear spoiler. Might be easier to find than a skylark.

yes any A-body spoiler would wro. and you can by a repro gsx poiler so..just as easy to get a buick spoiler..
neither of which he asked about..

The GS' and GSX's, are some of my favorite muscle cars, very cool cars.

check out the production n-25 tips/bumper ..looks better square, then round in this pic

The square looks way better. Makes more sense with the other lines on the rear (although, I'd flush mount those tips... they sticking out a bit too much for my taste)

Metal work is complete, body is now filled & sanded, getting closer to a GSX paint job like you've never seen before, by my own design!

Not the most recent pics I have, but the paint job got done, the body is on the restored frame & 100% UMI Performance suspension, getting a 468 Stage 2 engine, 517 hp 569 lbs ft torque, 4L80E with paddle shift, hydroboost brakes, Vintage Air, LED interior & exterior lighting, lots of good stuff...

Man that is looking great! I stumbled across your post here a couple of years of ago and have been wondering if you ever finished the car. That copy of the GSX Prototype's rear spoiler is spot on. I looked at the pictures of how they made it and all I can say is . . . wow! That was a lot of work just on the spoiler. I wonder if those guys could do another one, I'd love to have one on my '70 Skylark convertible. Can't wait to see your car with the engine in it.
