Further issues with the POS kit I bought from K@#$%^)r.

The trans seems to be at more of a down angle than I need. I seem to recall that proper angle is achieved when the trans mainshaft is parallel with the subframe rails. Is this correct?

I think I might have to cut the crossmember and move the center of it up about 3/8" to 1/2" floor clearance is not a problem as I have raised the trans tunnel.

Trans angle should be in the rage of 2-1/2 degrees down. You will need an angle gauge to get this reading, but when measuring make sure you:
Take a measurement off the frame
Take a trans angle measurement
Subtract the difference between the frame rails (Should be level) and the trans, to get a 2-1/2 down angle.
Our crossmember already has this built in.
