location cup washers inner fender

where exactly do the cup washers locate to inner fender. i can picture in my head but not comin out.also on inner fender rear that bolts to firewall what washer do u use for the large hole. any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.i have been workin on 76 ta so long 67 camaro stuff not registering right

The cup washers go on the two holes just forward of the hood hinge, into the two inner weld nuts on the fender. Flat side towards the wheel well.

The bolts that go into the reinforcment plate have a captured washer and have a pointed tip. 3 on each side.
