Hello all...Ive been waiting for a while to hear any news on the second gen flush glass kits for my 73 Firebird but haven't seen anything. Ive been to the Classic Auto Glass webpage and its pretty bare as usual with only pics of a first gen on the page. Has anyone heard anything? Or even better, has anyone used this kit from them or from anyone else??

Sounds good! Last time I emailed them they said one was in the works...but I never heard anything after that. Did you ask about both front and rear glass?

I think Albert has flush glass in Cochise, you might pm him to see where he got it from.

A kit would be ideal. Actually...anything other than kit would not work right now. All the body work is done and I wouldnt want to start welding up the window edges to raise the glass etc. Ill look into Cochise to see how they did it, thanks Tim.

No idea. However I got to thinking about it again a few days ago. Saw a for sale ad for the Code Red Firebird and that had flush glass front and back. Anyone know if that was custom made by welding the channels??
