So how does one order a new style wheel that is not around to find out if my brakes will work and clear inside the wheel?

I went to the Baer site and they have a template to print off but they don't list one for the brakes I have. Mine are the GT 13" rotors, got them all from SC&C, I'm gonna run the Iron Sports in the back for now.

I'm gonna order the new American Racing 327, kinda the retro rally style, 17x8 in front and 18x10 in rear. I'm good on back spacing, just want to make sure the "x factor" is ok for the wheel/brake combo.

Oh, and I don't want to have to use a spacer, these can be ordered in custom backspacing.

I would suggest that you contact Baer to get the proper templates, then contact A/R and make sure that they can supply the wheel to fit those dimensions through their Custom Shop. Backspacing is one thing, but pad thickness tends to be the limiting factor when trying to fit larger caliper overhang dimensions.

Thanks for the reply, the shop had Baer on one line and AR on the other today. It was a comedy listening from my end, both were pointing their fingers at the other saying they should know. Baer at one time said "we don't make that brake", it was on the counter. They don't have a template for that brake but we did some measuring and feel pretty confident it will work.
